Just the 4 Basic Shapes can Heal & Create Beautiful Art

Just working with these 4 basic shapes these beautiful Mandala's were made by the participants of the Suicide Prevention Network in Douglas County, NV. I am so impressed by the work of my students. I LOVE the colors they chose, the designs they came up with, and the fun we had creating our Mandala's with just a few easy lessons.

There are many more thanks to be said for the exciting collaboration with the Nevada Arts Council, the National Endowment for the Arts, the many entities that have made this happen: Lifetime Arts, Douglas County Public Library, Partnership Douglas County, SAMHSA and/or the Substance Abuse Treatment Agency of Nevada (SAPTA) .
