I was invited by the Nevada Artist's Association of Carson City to be their Guest Speaker sharing the Oil Pastel Smudge technique at their April 9th monthly meeting. This was exciting for me as this is the association where I received my AH HA moment, inspired by a then guest speaker who opened my eyes and my heart as to the issue of offering your works at all different price points and feeling like I too can make a business with my art. So maybe this time, it is my turn to inspire someone in the way I am able to, with my topic of sharing my past history as a professional Artist / Designer and my current works in promoting my new innovative technique "Oil Pastel Smudge" For more information on the Nevada Artists Association
