You never know when you have touched someone and gave them Inspiration! Thank you Shirley G.1/30/2019 Your class was so beneficial..... When those creative urges hit me, smudge is the primary outlet of expression. From what Shirley also shared is she is looking at mixing her smudge works with her other favorite medium photography! That sounds intriguing Shirley! Waiting to see what you come up with!

Being in nature is awe inspiring. This work below will be in the Silent Auction taking place during the event. Visual Artists, Musicians, Poets and Performing Artists will be dispersed among the gardens of fall color. Hope you can make it by to support the May Arboretum Society. Come by my booth, say Hi and see the many images of "Beautiful Birds" I was inspired to create for the event! Happy Fall Everyone!
A finished landscape is shown on the left and the template used shown on the right. If you were to use the same template with the same cut out images your landscape would look completely different! That is what I love most about the technique. We are all different, we all see our world, and portray it in a different way! Smudge on my friends!
I have been invited back to share my "Smudge" works with West Elm Reno and I have some new products that I will be offering.12 Month 2019 Calendars of the Nevada Desert and NEVADA Landscape Magnets. Come by if you are anywhere near the downtown Reno area. We will be Celebrating!
See you there! Event times 12noon to 4pm! YEAH! West Elm Local! I was experimenting and trying to make a waterfall. It may not look or feel like one, I still like it!
