"Oil Pastel Smudge" is going to the Craft & Hobby Assoc. (CHA) 2014 Mega Show and Conference. 11/13/2013

January 2014 Anaheim, California.  Carol Foldvary-Anderson of varyCarol Arts (www.varyCarol.com) Will be sharing and teaching her innovative technique in oil pastels: "Oil Pastel Smudge" to the global members of CHA.  The membership consists of retailers, publishers, designers and suppliers/distributors of product and merchandise to the Craft and Hobby industries. Foldvary-Anderson has invited Sakura of America Cray-Pas Oil Pastels, Canson Inc.
