CREATING ABSTRACT WORKS in OIL PASTEL SMUDGE 02/14/2013

I created this set of three abstract flowing images at the end of about a two hour session.  Creating landscapes for a show I had planned to enter.  I was adamant about producing - something "real looking". Getting frustrated, in not getting the perfect result, I then just let my self go and not worrying about the end result, I created the above abstract images.   They have a more free and fluid look.  I like it!  I can't wait to get back to doing some more in this abstract flowing style.  What have you been coming up with in this exciting new technique working in Oil Pastels?  I would love to see and share your works with others on this site.  Email your finished work to [email protected]
